Sukha Mukha yoga; 200 hours, 350 hours, 500 hours Teacher Training

Sukha Mukha Yoga offers Level ; 200 hours teacher training courses in a few different formats, to meet your needs.

We offer twice a year a 5 month training that runs once a week on Thursday.

Once a year a 3 month weekends intensive.

And once a year a one month intensive.

We also offer a 150 hours advanced teacher training to take you from your 200 hours to 350 hours or from 350 hours to 500 hours certificate.

This training is run by Idit Hefer and Katie Manitsas. It has been built with years of experience by both Idit and Katie, and has built up great reputation quickly in the yoga community.
