Samadhi Yoga Ashram Bali

About

Samadhi Yoga Ashram Bali is a dedicated yoga teacher training school situated in Bali, Indonesia — an island long regarded as one of the most spiritually rich destinations in the world. Drawing on Bali's deep-rooted connection to sacred culture and holistic living, the ashram offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course designed to give students a thorough grounding in both the practice and the teaching of yoga.

The training is genuinely multi-dimensional. Students are introduced to a wide range of styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, and Acro Yoga, alongside core modules in Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy, Philosophy, Alignment, and Adjustment. The curriculum also extends into less commonly taught areas such as Satkarma, Kriya Therapy, Bandha, and Mudra, giving trainees a well-rounded foundation that goes beyond asana practice. Yoga Alliance certification is included upon completion, making the qualification internationally recognised for those who wish to go on to teach.

What sets Samadhi Yoga Ashram apart from many other training programs is the breadth of complementary experiences woven into the course. Students receive a free Ayurveda consultation, a Sound Healing session, a Naturopathy treatment including a mud bath, a cooking class, and access to a Holy Water Bath ceremony. Social and cultural evenings — including Kirtan nights, movie nights, and beach excursions — are also part of the experience, helping to build a genuine sense of community among participants. Airport pickup from Denpasar and on-site accommodation with modern facilities are provided, easing the practical side of travelling to Bali for an extended course.

Room options range from six-person shared rooms to private accommodation, catering to different preferences and budgets. A recorded version of the course is also made available for continued self-study after the training ends. Courses run monthly throughout 2026 and into early 2027, making it accessible to students planning ahead from anywhere in the world. For those looking to deepen their personal practice or take the step toward teaching professionally, Samadhi Yoga Ashram Bali offers a structured, immersive, and culturally grounded environment in which to do so.
