Asanas develop strength, flexibility ,energy and muscle tone. Concentration and alertness improve as stress and tension are released. Cardiovascular fitness, circulation, the nervous and endocrine systems and the functions of vital organs improve. The classes are taught in a professional, caring and supportive way where pupils receive individual attention. They are suitable for men and woman of all ages and in all conditions.
