I started TM with Suzanne a week ago and I am absolutely amazed by the results. I feel like a different person already - my anxiety has dissipated and I am now feeling joy and ease in my days. I felt supported throughout the course and Suzanne was a wonderful teacher, helping every step of the way. I cannot recommend TM and this course enough to anyone wanting to improve and enrich their life!

After only a week of learning the technique I feel more calm and at peace with myself. My sleeping pattern has improved and I relate better to others. Suzanne is a wonderful teacher with so much to share and makes everyone feel like part of the TM family straight in from day one. Highly recommend to anyone seeking to improve their quality of life.

I began my journey into Transcendental Meditation with Suzanne in April of this year. It has been such a wonderful journey so far! Suzanne is just excellent, so knowledgeable, and a fantastic teacher. She offers a weekly evening online meditation which I find to be extremely resourcing and so good to meet others.

I am so glad I had the privilege of doing this life long cause. Suzanne is most professional and such a warm and comforting person. How lucky am I to have the wealth of her knowledge shared with me. I looked forward to every upcoming session to share this experience with like minded people. Our group meditation was wonderful and I made some beautiful friends. Thank you so much for helping me when others didn't. I would recommend this experience to everyone that I know. My anxiety is settling and my way of thinking has changed for the better. I am looking forward to a new life. Thank you Suzanne you are amazing.....

Waiting for a recent flight home, I came across Bob Roth’s new book on TM called “Strength in Stillness”, which had caught my eye, given my interest in the subject. Within hours, I’d finished the book and started the process of finding a local TM teacher. Within a very short space of time, I had the good fortune of making contact with Suzanne who went out of her way to fit me into her busy schedule. While I’ve certainly benefited tremendously from my regular TM practice, I have been equally impressed by Suzanne’s coaching style and willingness continually develop the TM skills of her students.
