GooglePower Flow with Jen is an absolute must if you want to challenge yourself and improve your practice. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and such a great guide for this class. I will be joining her again for a Power session. I love the whole Radiant Sol studio and teachers. There are so many classes and flows to choose from and it has been great finding a studio that has everything I need and that will fit with a very busy schedule.
I love this place. Great teachers and range of classes and styles. Offers a great value intro offer and a flexible range of class packs and membership options which is great as a lot of places don't consider people's differening circumstances and preferences and are quite narrow in their options. The space is protected with a clear rule of no phones in the studio room and everyone respects it. This is very important to me.
Radiant Sol is really lovely yoga studio. green plants, relaxed mood and nice view! There are many class options to choose from by day and time of the week. Most people arrive before class starts to warm up. Classes always start on time, i am not interrupted by latecomers during meditation. Highly recommended!!
