We are curious spirits and creative life engagers, we come together outdoors and open our arms to the sky as we improve our wellbeing and reconnect to the majesty of nature.
SUP Yoga reveals our imbalances, showing us what side of our body we favour more. This insight encourages us to move differently over the water, slower with more intention. Drawing up energy through softness in our joints, giving ourselves the time we need to learn how to articulate the surface of the water and keep ourselves stable.
We feel the benefits of taking our practice to water are far more than just physical. The mental concentration required to move over an unstable surface must be married with an element of surrender. We no longer have the orchestrated environment of an indoor studio. If we lose concentration for a second, we know we'll be in the water - which is no matter, SUP Yoga is fun and our sense of humour goes a long way in helping us find our sea legs.
We welcome and encourage all levels of our curious tribe to join in with these most divine experiences as we truly learn what it means to 'find your centre'. Our experienced instructors guide us through basic sequences to help us get acquainted with moving above the water, once we feel comfortable, we'll encourage each other to explore our own potential…
