Peninsula Yoga @ Gnostic

Peninsula Yoga @ Gnostic offers day and evening classes 6 days per week. Your comfort at our studio is ensured with air conditioning, carpet and filtered water available.

Classes are presented in a very friendly, non-competitive, encouraging and supportive way. We cater for you regardless of your level of fitness, strength or flexibility.

All the equipment you need to practise Yoga is supplied for you,. All you need is a willingness to develop and improve, an open mind and a smile on your face.

Our boutique studio is located on Gnostic corner right in the heart of the wellness hub of the Peninsula. Close to the railway station for the commuters, lots of car and bicycle parking is available.
