Jean is experienced and very professional. I have taken beginner classes at various places before I start my routine practice with Jean. I like the fact that Jean is honest and truly wants the best for her students. More importantly, Jean makes sure that all her students are making progress in their own daily practice. You will definitely feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the studio. Jean also helped me with my chronic lower back pain. Superb teacher, yet humble.

Exceptional. Jean is so passionate and dedicated to yoga, anatomy and in particular, helping others through yoga. There is a strong emphasis on the individual and practising postures suited to your body (and any injuries, if relevant) at your own pace. Yoga with Jean is a combination of yoga therapy and a yoga workshop, given the small class sizes. Can't comment on the beginner/led classes, but based on the number of yoga teachers that attend to learn from her and my own experience, I can't recommend it enough.

Melia is a very knowledgeable and capable yoga teacher who is clearly dedicated to providing individualised assistance to each of her students and help them find their pathway to yoga learning. She has a very attentive style and takes a lot of care to find methods that will open up new areas of improvement and prevent injury. Her friendliness and warmth has also created a welcoming and relaxed culture within the shala.
