Here at the Mackay Kundalini Yoga Healing Centre you will find classes at times that suit you. Early morning, daytime or evening sessions are on offer 6 days a week. You can try yoga & meditation to assist you feel better and improve your quality of life. There are beginner’s classes if you are new to yoga and you have the option of sitting in a chair in the special Tranquil gentle yoga class. Workshops are run regularly on a variety of topics including women’s health, back concerns, meditation, reducing stress, life cycles. Yoga retreats are held regularly to assist you rejuvenate & regenerate yourself.

Individual/group sessions are also available in our air conditioned studio.

Your teachers are all highly qualified nationally & internationally and have a combined experience in the health & wellness arena over 50 years.
