Kyo Yoga

Kyo Yoga lies nestled amongst the coastal tea-trees and sand dunes in Ocean Grove on the Bellarine Peninsula.

The senses are soothed by the view of the surrounding gardens, the sound of the pounding waves and the ocean breeze.

The teachers at Kyo Yoga have various trainings and specialties.

Classes include Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restore & Maintain, Mums & Bubs and Pregnancy and more. 

Classes are run in course blocks and casual attendance is welcome.
