About
Kendra is a highly trained embodiment facilitator with 30 years of clinical experience in healing arts and a special interest in bringing the body into awareness after trauma. Wellness Retreats offer a deeper immersion into Kendra's vast experience in a safe and effective way.
Kendra integrates trauma-sensitive yoga therapy, clinical reflexology, and eastern bodywork as a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. Her retreats, group courses and private programs reflect her certification in TCTSY - Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Mindful Yoga Therapy, and iRest Meditation, as well as extensive clinical experience with pain, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Many of her private clients have been referred from mental health organisations, at a time when their care plan required a mind–body approach to their wellbeing and healing journey.
