Classes at KD YOGA are taught in the Iyengar method by Kat Dunstall who is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. Kat is a creative and dynamic teacher who sequences the classes with playfulness and creativity; allowing students to have a experiential learning of yoga that encourages students to explore and be challenged. Yoga is invigorating practice that has tremendous therapeutic benefits for all. Improving mobility, relaxation, reducing anxiety and supporting recovery of injury or illness are some of the very common reasons why people start Yoga.

Yoga practice can be a constant rock in your life that can support you through life's challenges. Connecting with ourselves on the mat and disconnecting from the pressure of society can be a huge ask for most of us. Reminding yourself that taking the time for self care is extremely important and this small action of kindness to yourself can go a long way to support others.
