Just Be's aim is simple — to offer a 'space for you to find the time to just be'. The studio overlooks the tranquil Cardinia Creek and provides a space for you to be yourself, reduce stress, bring wellness, health and balance into your life through the ancient practice of yoga.

Just Be teachers endeavour to make yoga accessible, challenging and safe for all. Students of all ages, skill or fitness levels are welcome. Join us today in honouring yourself!

ADULT YOGA

At Just Be we teach a dynamic form of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga that emphasises a balance of movement through alignment and flow, in harmony with a sense of inner-connection and mindfulness. Through this integration of physical movement, mindfulness and awareness of breath you will establish a sense of health, happiness and wellbeing. Each class combines a number of elements including; Yoga postures to build strength and flexibility; Relaxation to reduce and eliminate stress and restore balance; Pranayama (Breathing techniques) to regulate the body's energy and Meditation to calm and centre the mind.

 

Just Be offers classes to suit students at varying stages of their yoga journey through appropriate guidance, correction and adjustments. Classes offer a nurturing environment to progress your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga and yourself!

Whatever your current physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state, Just Be Yoga classes will help you feel more connected, more balanced, and more whole.

We offer Beginner, General and Challenging levels of classes.

 

MEDITATION

Meditation can be a valuable tool for finding a sense of stillness and clarity from the demanding, stressful, fast-paced world that we live in. It acts as a way of turning our attention inwardly away from these external demands to connect deeply with
ourselves.

Developing a meditation practice can assist you:

  • to relax, de-stress and fall asleep
  • to improve health
  • to remain centred and aware all day long
  • find an inner stillness, detachment and clarity
  • to be well-focused
  • to cope with unavoidable pain and sadness
  • to find happiness, beauty and meaning

At Just Be we provide a range of options for you to learn the skills and techniques of meditation including weekly relaxation classes, 6 Week Beginner Meditation courses and various meditation workshops such as Meditation for Stress.
