Established in 2006, Hot Yoga Gold Coast provides you with 2 state of the art yoga studio's to practise 'the original HOT yoga' in Burleigh & Mermaid Beach.
With modern technology, including solar heating (for fresh air throughout class), radiant heaters & antibacterial carpet, we provide a clean, healthy & happy environment for you to immerse yourself & enjoy the many, many benefits to your body, mind & soul of a regular practise.
We have 2 great locations to choose from. Mermaid Beach is 2532 Gold Coast Highway (close to public transport and a short trip from Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. And our Burleigh studio at 3/53 Township Drive, West Burleigh (approximately 2.5 kms from Burleigh Beach and approximately 10 minutes from Coolangatta Airport (OOL)
Hot Yoga is suitable for beginners and advanced students. We offer all levels starting from our 'HOT 90' & 'Breathe' 60 minute classes to our intermediate 'Sun Series' & our advanced 'Original 84' for the experienced yogi & yogini.
Practiced regularly, hot yoga will strengthen, tone and detoxify your body and mind. Each asana (posture) prepares you for the next and will help to loosen any tightness in your body, while building mental focus and concentration.
The room is heated intentionally to warm muscles which allows you to work deeper, prevents injuries all the while burning up to 900 calories per class! You will be left feeling exhilerated and energised having worked every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in your body. Hot Yoga Gold Coast will help you achieve your optimum level of balance and fitness through the practice of hatha yoga.

There is no need to print off a voucher, no need to book, just please arrive 20 minutes early for your first class as classes do begin right on time.
