Erlinda Yoga for Pregnancy is designed to meet the needs of all women from 13 weeks pregnant until birth.
The practice of gentle yoga during pregnancy optimizes physical health, calms the mind and releases emotional stress which helps the baby to feel nurtured and secure. Yoga practices also provide an amazing opportunity to bond heart to heart with the beautiful life growing inside of you! I offer empowering, nourishing classes that enhance your well being as a precious mum-to-be. By attending regularly you will cultivate an integration of body, breath, mind and spirit that will increase your confidence in your capability to give birth.
Our Yoga after Birth practice has been tailored to be a kind way to look after yourself in the months/years after giving birth as a busy mum. Yoga after Birth can easily bring about a peaceful sense of wellness and balance, erasing your fatigue, aches and pains, while helping you maintain good posture and recover your core strength at any stage after having your children and calmly encouraging you to relax and take time to be mindful of your truly amazing body as a mother.
Self -Care Yoga for Women is a restorative, relaxing, meditative style of yoga that supports health and well being at all levels. It is suitable for all women who are looking to de-stress, restore energy and enhance the body mind, spirit connection.
