Breathe Prenatal Yoga
Rather than just a class that is "safe" for pregnancy, we offer a specialised Prenatal Yoga class which will help to prepare you for the challenges of pregnancy and labour (and for carrying around a baby - they start light but they get heavy pretty fast!). In this gently invigorating series of postures, you'll nurture yourself and your baby, as you safely strengthen your body and relax your mind.
