Your local yoga studio offering Vinyasa Flow, Core Power Yoga and Yin Yoga, the options are open to accommodate everyone! We are also the only place to offer Extreme Stretch, a fusion of dynamic dance stretching (from the influences of and the techniques of classical ballet) and PNF stretching.
Bodyscape Yoga classes are taught in a beautiful church hall, providing openness and sacredness into the practice. In all classes, options are offered for beginners, intermediate, to advanced students.
Casual classes available at $20 or class passes as low as $10 per session. Mats, straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets provided.
