Absolutely love BLACK MAT. It’s my happy place to be just me for one hour. It’s a place of growth, it’s a place to greet your own resistance, and it’s a place to just meet yourself wherever you’re at, on any day and you can feel safe. Thank you for showing me that I don’t Need to “go hard and go home” BLACK MAT gives me is space to grow as a human and a soul. 🙏🏻

Kate is running the most amazing experiences ever. I had never heard of this before and I loved it. Highly recommended and I would personally do it again. Well done Kate and the Team at Black Mat for creating a safe environment to allow people to come, stop, enjoy and reconnect with themselves.
