About

The goal of our yoga school is to help people incorporate yoga into their lifestyle and inspire them to be the best they can be. We believe that everyone can practice yoga and our approach reflects this belief. That’s the beauty of yoga, it is limitless – everyone can do it. Whether you are an advanced yogi or a complete beginner, we will have a class to suit your needs.

You may first approach Yoga as a way to achieve a great body or to keep fit and that is perfectly alright. Yoga really does help in improving your health for stretching can tone your muscles and exercise your spine and your entire skeletal system.

Yoga is a science not a religion. It is a journey from our heads to our hearts. It is a way to celebrate life, movement, health, and vibrancy; a way to connect to ourselves while being a part of a nurturing global community.

Our Mission at 8 Limb Yoga is to entice more people to come and try and reap the benefits of this transformational practice in a modern, safe and supportive environment under the guidance of experienced teachers where you can explore your mind, body and soul.

Yoga is for anyone who can breathe, and of any race, religion, age or gender.

It does not require any special equipment or clothing. What it requires is your will to have a healthier, stress- free self.
