Learn the foundation postures, basic breathing techniques and experience yoga nidra – a wonderful relaxation practice. Places fill quickly, so book ahead.
Early morning gentle flow class which will leave you feeling alive and energised for the rest of the day.
Beginner/General class. Suitable for those preferring a slower paced class.
A gentle class suitable for seniors and people with restricted mobility - or those simply looking for a gentle, slow-paced, largely floor based class.
Last Friday of each month. A very chilled session of yoga and meditation designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful.
Intermediate/general hatha yoga class, suitable for those with some previous practice
Suitable for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester, prenatal classes incorporate postures, breathing & relaxation to maintain the health of mum and bubs.
