OCTOBER MEDITATION in MOTION
For the month of October these sessions will run via Zoom on Thursday evenings from 5.30 to 6.30pm. All levels welcome.
A recording of the sessions will be available to view & practise at your convenience for 1 week before it’s replaced with the next session.
* The theme is Meditation in Motion. Each session will comprise of gentle stretches & simple breath work followed by a guided meditation (content changes every week) These sessions are designed to help you sleep better @ night & are best practised in the evenings.
* Parents might like to encourage their Year 12 children who are experiencing anxiety & restless nights to give it a go.
