Yoga has long been a passion for me but the driving force to shift to teach happened though the meeting with a senior yoga teacher, that inspired me to share yoga with all those around me. 
The mentoring and guidance that the Fire Shaper training provided has enabled me to accelerate my practice, gaining knowledge and confidence beyond where I ever thought possible. This has also allowed me the opportunity to continue my studies and complete my 100 hr Flow and 50 hr Yin teacher training. 
For me yoga has created the opportunity and space to question preconceived limitations or belief systems we have placed on ourselves. It is redefining the possible, a place to heal and a place to let go. I am inspired by those I guide through my classes, regardless of ability or flexibility I hold an equal level of respect for anyone that has chosen to give themselves the gift of yoga.
