Description

This three class Shadow Yoga workshop with Emma Balnaves is a rare opportunity to be introduced to Shadow Yoga by the co-founder and director of Shadow Yoga and Nṛtta Sādhanā. It is a complementary program to the Lecture on Hatha Yoga by Sundernath (Shandor Remete), founder of Shadow Yoga and Nṛtta Sādhanā. 18 May 6.30 - 8.30pm.  

This workshop is suitable for students with Hatha Yoga experience.  No prior Shadow Yoga experience is necessary.
