Description
This course presents the full practice format of Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam (Churning of the Shadow Warrior) and builds on an understanding of Bala Krama. It breaks down restrictions in the hips and shoulders and improves circulation of breath, blood, lymph and life force. Prerequisite: 1-2 years of Intro to Bala Krama or Introduction to Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam.
