This is the first stage of Taranyali Tridhya Dhyanam - a complete meditation system from the tradition of Hatha Yoga. This lecture is open to all with an interest in Hatha Yoga and introduces the Taranyalikranatam weekend workshop with Sundernath and Emma Balnaves.
