Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6 - 8 AM and Saturday 7:30 - 10:30AM
Suitable for students with some experience to more advanced practitioners, this workshop series provides four intense classes to help you develop and take your yoga practice to the next level.
Taught by senior Iyengar yoga teacher, Caroline Coggins:
Caroline has been practicing and teaching since the early 1980′s. Caroline is directly certified by BKS Iyengar, has a Senior Intermediate 2 certificate, and travels to India each year to study with the Iyengar family.
