Easter Intensive

What is meant by motor conative & sensory cognitive actions? How do we experience the centrifugal & centripetal energy forces? How do they function & how do we explore these in the context of an asana in the laboratory of the body?

Working at our own level, the aim of this 4 day workshop commitment is to develop mindfulness & sensitivity as to how to work in a posture, developing depth through these methods. The opportunity is then provided to inculcate into ones being a depth of practice, which has the potential to become long term.
