Monte has a dynamic teaching style and has completed the Dru yoga meditation teaching program. With a Bachelor of Naturopathy and having studied to be an Ayurveda Consultant Monte brings much depth and knowledge to the classes he teaches.
Having practised yoga for 11 years Jan-Maree was inspired to become a teacher after seeing and feeling the benefits from this ancient practise. Having graduated from the 4 year Dru yoga teaching course in 2005 Jan-Maree loves teaching and sharing Dru yoga - "Yoga of the Heart" with others. Her friendly nature shines through her teachings.
Jan-Maree also teaches pre natal yoga and has trained in Ayurveda studies.
