Jan-Maree has been teaching yoga for the past 14 years and loves providing a calm haven for where people can come and be nurtured, restored and recharged. She believes that Dru yoga is the perfect antidote for our busy lives. Dru yoga sequences have been designed to release stress, energise, stretch, and tone the body. Dru yoga has the power to allow you to find stillness in motion and bring you back to your calm natural centre.
At the Canberra Yoga Centre we teach Dru yoga which is a therapeutic style of yoga characterised by beautiful flowing movements that channel and transform the body's subtle energy through the heart centre.
