Description
Mindful Kids is not just about poses. It is holistic and takes into account mind, body, and spirit. Along with exercise, your kids will explore meditation and mindfulness, increasing focus and giving them a deep sense of inner peace, They will get time to blossom creatively through music, arts and crafts. They will learn healthy living tidbits and be introduced to Ayurveda, starting them on a journey to being in tune with what they need and how to stay balanced.
Plus, most importantly - it will all be done in a fun way they'll love!
We have both membership and casual options available to suit your needs
Memberships:
$8 a week or
$5 a week concession/more than 1 child from the same family
Casuals:
$12 per class or
$8 per class concession/more than 1 child from the same family
Classes run on Tuesdays during the school term from 4 - 5pm for ages 5-12 yrs
Bookings required.
