The start of a new year calls for a fresh body & mind. Throughout this week of cleansing asana, pranayama, suggested eating and home rituals you will create a foundation of optimal and holistic health. With daily inspiration to your inbox, a 6:30-7:30am morning practice monday to friday and weekend workshops you will take the tools that yoga has to offer well beyond the mat. It’s our hope that you enter 2017 light, fresh and clear.
No prior experience required, all levels are welcomed.
