Perhaps you have completed your teacher training but feel you lack the experience and confidence to teach a real class. Or maybe you have started teaching but wish to deepen your knowledge and refine the skills you have in order to reach your full potential as a teacher.
This is a unique and comprehensive program that gives you real-life opportunities to develop your own teaching practice.
There are four key components in the mentoring program over the six month period:
Teachers who have completed our Mentoring Program are given priority for permanent teaching opportunities at Earth and Sky.
Your Mentor
Cassandra Missio has been teaching yoga since 2003 and practising since 1997. In 2006 Cassandra established her own yoga studio RadianceYoga in Chiswick which has now become Earth and Sky Yoga in Marrickville where she is the Director and Principal Teacher.
After many years of refining her teaching, Cassandra became a certified Anusara Teacher in 2009. She teaches a wide range of general classes from beginners to advanced as well as more specialised restorative and prenatal classes. She has many dedicated students who have been attending her classes for over 10 years. She has also established a busy private practice and teaches many one-on-one yoga therapy sessions per week.
She is inspired to offer this program as her part in helping maintain high standards and integrity in the teaching of yoga. She is grateful for the valuable experience of her own mentoring process with her teacher that gave her the skills and confidence to establish two successful and financially viable yoga studios and build up a substantial student base over the past 14 years.
