Weekly Wednesday drop-in class*: All Levels Vinyasa, 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.

Join Jen for her creative, deep flowing sequences. Straight-up, 100% organic yoga! Sitting meditation, pranayama, dynamic flow and restorative rest. Start anytime, bookings not required. Some previous yoga experience recommended.

First class is $5 for Toowoomba area residents; drop-in for $18; 5 class card $80 (3 months expiry); 10 class card $150 (5 months expiry).

Vinyasa Yoga is an energising physical practice. Students are guided through linked series of postures, learning to synchronise breath with movement.

By focusing on the breath, one is able to deepen the mind-body connection, creating space for rest and relaxation.

Designed to introduce or refresh the basics on a sun-salutation based practice. Suitable for complete beginners.
