This 4-week course adds the ideal balance to your Yoga practice.
Our Yin / Yang practice begins with the heating or Yang phase of the class. You'll warm up the body just sufficiently to prepare it for the joint-releasing, deep stretches that Yin poses facilitate. These poses are held for much longer, inviting more depth and release.
You’ll enjoy feeling totally stretched, calm and ready to deeply relax into Savasana. Suitable for all Yoga levels.
