Everything needs a good foundation, be it a building, an organisation or a person.
In Yoga we develop stability in asana from the ground up, starting from the contact we make with the floor or ground and building on that, not making an immovable structure but to build integrity through the body.
With that integration we create an ease of movement and responsiveness that brings lightness of being in body and mind. Lets develop the foundation and move from the ground up.
** participants must have a minimum of 6 months Iyengar Yoga experience with an understanding of Shoulder stand and be working towards Headstand.
