Firm Foundations Yoga Intensive with Romina Sesto
In Yoga we develop stability in asana from our connection to the earth or floor, and build from this point on.
Start the New Year with a feeling of increased strength and flexibility as we work on building strong foundations, precision and body alignment whilst providing a sense of stability to take into the year ahead.
Suitable for Students with a minimum of 6 months experience of Iyengar Yoga
