We start the day with a light refreshment and through gentle and restorative Yoga postures
requiring varying degress of strength, Follow that with some Khatu Pranam (sequence) combined with Mantras that will awaken all the cells in your body and heal on a deeper level. Relax, unwind and enjoy a
delicious vegetarian lunch. , followed by a short talk on health and the Yogic diet. By the end of the day, when it’s time for Yoga Nidra your tension will be long gone so you can immerse in deep relaxation.
Throughout the day you will learn new secrets, that you most probably haven’t heard in class. You will also discover some cleansing techniques that can be used every day and return home with a full tummy and soul,
with notes to reflect back on when you need them.
