How often are you aware of your back in yoga? How do you
work with the spine in different poses? How do you keep the
length in the spine?
In this workshop we will shine the light on the spinal column
and work with the group of poses which help to bring
awareness to the back body. We will also practice simple
techniques to keep the back healthy and happy in daily life
and learn how the spinal column responds to the positioning
of the pelvis and the movement of the legs
An open back and a vibrant spine make for happy Yoga!
3 - 5pm Workshop runs with practical exercises, demonstrations and discussions about the spine and back.
5 - 5.15pm Relaxation time to allow the knowledge learned to sink in.
