Melissa and Michelle are both fully qualified yoga teachers with over twelve years experience. Michelle holds a Diploma of Yoga Teaching and has completed further study in Remedial Yoga. Melissa holds a Diploma of Yoga Teaching and is a certified Pilates Matwork and Pilates for Pregnancy teacher. Together they create a warm and friendly atmosphere in their Croydon South Studio.
