KIRTAN with Ohad Rein

Be prepared to dive into the joy of singing mantra alongside Ohad! The talented Baran Yildiz will be joining us on the drums.

Ohad Rein is an APRA award winning singer-songwriter and producer better known for his project Old Man River. He toured the world extensively sharing his music. during one of those tours, en route to show, a chance meeting took place on a plane with no other than Krishna Das. A series of events following that meeting led Rein to dive deeply into the wonderful and ancient practice of Kirtan - A simple and accessible practice, that helps us open our hearts, free our minds and express our voice.

He also played alongside the wonderful Edo and Jo, Sri Prahlad and many others.

Rein recently returned to Australia and relocated to the Byron Shire after spending four years in Israel, where he tirelessly helped to spread the word about the practice and its rewarding benefits.

This practice welcomes all. Kirtan beginners or Kirtan pros! You don't have to be a great singer or a sanskrit scholar to enjoy the immediate joyful effects of this profound practice!
