Come along and join us in a sacred two hour circle around the time of the full moon where we will…
* Participate in Yin yoga – a style that is most appropriate to support our natural syncing and rhythmic movement with the full moon. A powerful physical, emotional and spiritual practice. This style is appropriate for all levels and pregnant participants.
* Meditation – to ‘drop’ down and activate our parasympathetic nervous systems through mindfulness meditation.
* To engage in community and support our intuition and heart’s opening more.
* Get Creative– helping us to identify who we are in the world and what we have come here to do. Identifying our natural process.
* Shamanic, yogic ,Tarot and ancient philosophies being woven in to the group/ Most importantly a safe and held supportive space for this process to unfold in.
WHAT TO BRING…
An offering of some kind to the group. A flower, food, whatever you fancy.. Comfortable clothes. A journal – in case you would like to write experiences down.
