Start the new year with a daily practice and inspiration led by Joao Da Costa.
The start of a new year calls for a fresh body & mind. Throughout this week of cleansing asana, pranayama, meditation, suggested eating and home rituals you will create a foundation of optimal and holistic health. With daily inspiration to your inbox, a morning practice Monday to Friday and weekend workshops you will take the tools that yoga has to offer well beyond the mat. It’s our hope that you enter 2019 light, fresh and clear.
No prior experience required, all levels are welcomed.

One weekend workshop $45 before January 1st / $55 thereafter
