Throughout this week of cleansing asana, pranayama, suggested eating and home rituals you will create a foundation of optimal and holistic health. With daily inspiration to your inbox, a morning practice monday to friday and weekend workshops you will take the tools that yoga has to offer well beyond the mat. It’s our hope that you enter 2018 light, fresh and clear.

No prior experience required, all levels are welcomed.

Time: Weekdays classes: 6:30am - 7:30am. Weekend: 10:00am - 12:00pm

Price: $180 Early Bird before December 22nd, $200 thereafter.  

Weekend Workshops: 1 Day $45 (until Dec 22nd)  $50 thereafter, both $75 (until Dec 22nd) $90 thereafter
