Calling all budding yogis ages 4-8!
Our 10-Week kids yoga course gives your child the benefits of yoga in a fun, supportive and playful environment. Yoga maintains flexibility and strengthens growing bodies, enhances concentration and increases self esteem.
This course teaches present moment awareness, and will cultivate a relaxed, more peaceful state of body and mind.
Michelle's classes offer your child tools for stress management, sparks creativity in ripe imaginations and encourages kind peer and social interaction.
