Hello and welcome to Studio Yoga.  We offer vinyasa power flow,  slow flow amd Yin Yoga classes, as well as beginners courses and our very popular workshops. In 2016 we are thrilled to be offering the Awaken Mindfulness & Meditation. Our Yoga classes combine ancient Asanas (postures) with flowing breath movement (Vinyasa). Whether you are a beginner or a more advanced Yoga student this combination builds strength, tones your body, burns calories, increases flexibility and brings balance and vitality to your life.

Studio Yoga is nestled in the leafy suburb of Ivanhoe, within the historic Ivanhoe RSL building. We bring over 20 classes a week to Yoga lovers and new students living in Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Rosanna, Macleod, Greensborough, Alphington and Fairfield.
