Come and join this walk with Lionel Lauch, a Gunditjmara Kirrae Wurrung-Bundjalung man, as he educates everyone in his easy going manner on bush-tucker, medicines, share knowledge of Indigenous culture & this ancient landscape. Surrounded by fern gullies, eucalypt forest and Main creek at your feet, enjoy a didgeridoo led meditation whilst taking in this gorgeous view.
Please wear closed toe walking shoes, sunscreen, dress for all weather & bring a bottle of water. You can also bring a small towel/blanket for the didgeridoo meditation if you wish.
Please Note: There are no rest rooms at the National Park.
Meet at the Baldrys Crossing picnic area on Baldrys Road, Main Ridge at 9.45am.
We will be car pooling from the yoga centre, leaving at 8.30am, please let us know if you would like to come.
Cost is $20.00 per adult, you can pay Lionel on the day, and there are concession prices.
