Selph Health Studios houses a boutique yoga and pilates studio with access to a range of practitioners specialising in Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage, Acupunture, Naturopathy, and Nutrition.

A person whose mind and body is in balance becomes empowered both physically and mentally, accomplishing far greater as an individual and as a member of a collective society.

Our intention is to facilitate and teach how to achieve this balance in our hectic lives, removing the physical and emotional aliments that prevent this natural harmony, and ultimately create a more free, caring and achieving individual.

Our treatment philosophy revolves around the four pillars of health  – Structural, Emotional, Nutritional, and Movement. Each discipline at Selph has been carefully selected and adapted to fulfil the physical and emotional requirements to address these pillars, restoring and maintaining a persons health and wellbeing.

Selph Yoga and Pilates has been designed for students of all ages, body types and skill levels. We believe Yoga and Pilates are practices to support your best self, bringing your body into balance and your mind into ease.

Our dynamic Yoga and Pilates classes effectively build core strength, increase mental focus, improve flexibility, enhance muscle control, tone the body, and inspire the mind.

To grow and develop your practice of both body and mind, we recommend a practice of at least two classes a week. Practicing three times a week will offer a progression in your practice, and five classes a week will support higher vitality, strength and flexibility.
