We offer 3 styles of yoga including Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa to welcome students of all levels and types. Our hatha yoga teachers are also pregnancy trained so we welcome and encourage all pregnant women to participate. Our studio also has specialised Pilates classes instructed by our trained and registered osteopaths and exercise physiologists, Tina, Kate, Chris,Neil. These classes range from posture specific exercise programs to specifically designed stretch and strength based programs to improve flexibility and stability.
