At Restful Waters, it’s your time to refresh, rejuvenate and create space for your own inner sanctuary!

We are a dedicated Consciousness & Wellness Centre providing all the ingredients to look after the most important aspects of your life;  your mind, body and being.

When we forget to slow down and listen to ourselves we may lose touch with reality and be caught up in the habits of daily life; living just from thinking rather than our fuller being with all our awareness available.

Without taking the time to be aware and attentive to how we process our lives we can slip back to being overly defensive in our relationships, feel anxious and overwhelmed more often, be more reactive in communications, feel tight in our bodies and hold tension and potentially experience various physical and mental chronic illnesses.

Our weekly Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation classes offer you the opportunity to check in with yourself and experience some time to attune with what is presenting in your here and now life experiences. These classes support developing the inner awareness to assist you to bring calmness, clarity and openness into your daily life to balance the mental, emotional and physical bodies.

Restful Waters Counselling Services, Talks on Enlightenment and Events program allow for deeper inquiry within to address some of the sub conscious patterns that present in our lives. Let’s face it, human beings are complex and life is an intense journey to navigate at times. We all have blind spots when trying to deal with our mental and emotional content objectively. Having someone dedicated to help unpack some of these parts of ourselves or layers, gives the opportunity for greater seeing, healing our wounding and dealing with our unfinished business - to live with a greater sense of being fully integrated, a feeling of wholeness and an awareness of freedom within.

Our lives and inner worlds are speeding up and we always have the choice to do something about it. This is why our dedicated and professional team of practitioners created Restful Waters. Their skills and expertise demonstrate a deep care and respect for your well-being.

We have also developed a beautiful space where people meet, share and create community. Our services are designed to fit in perfectly with managing a busy lifestyle, giving you the opportunity to slow down, go within, rest and reset. We are a not for profit organisation dedicated to assisting people to live happier and healthier lives.

You will enjoy the nature setting of Restful Waters as the centre is nestled amongst an avocado orchard, with lakes to gaze upon and sits on 10 acres of tranquil surrounds.
