Your Facilitator:

Mary (Girishaa) has practiced and studied Ayurveda for over 14 years. In addition to providing consultations and a range of traditional treatments to her individual clients she also conducts workshops and courses to support people in their discovery of Ayurveda.

Girishaa is passionate about supporting people in creating and sustaining a balanced, healthy, happy life. Her desire to bring Ayurveda to the wider community is supported by an extensive background in education and training.
